100_STA_HUDAK_SCOTTMy name is Scott Hudak, and I was born and raised in Marshfield, WI.   I attended UW-Wood County in Marshfield and transferred to UW-Stevens Point, majoring in communications and history.  Additionally, I joined the Wisconsin National Guard and served for fifteen years.  While attending UW-Stevens Point, I married my lovely wife JoAnn.  Currently, JoAnn and I live in Medford where she is the elementary librarian for the Medford School District.  We have four daughters ranging in age from 17 to 30, one grandchild and another one on the way.  In addition, we have a completely spoiled dog that is in charge of the rest of us.
I have been at St. Mary school for a number of years.  In those years I have witnessed the dedication of the families to their religious faith and commitment to Catholic education.  I am blessed to be a small part of this faith community.
Currently, the eighth-grade class is concentrating on preparing themselves for the next phase of their lives – high school! Of lesser concern to them – patiently waiting for their teacher to deliver their reward for winning the Catholic Schools Week competition.  In addition to eighth-grade classes, I teach all middle school social studies as well as seventh-grade religion.
