Getting Started
1) Go to formed.org.
2) Select the blue button "Formed for Parishes"
3) On the landing page, click the button "Find your parish subscription" and then "Continue to signup/login"
4) Follow the prompts on the following pages to set-up your account.
5) Once your account has been created, you may be redirected to a landing page asking for your parish. Type in St. Mary, Colby, Wisconsin and you should be able to select it from the drop down.
