Christian Mothers
Welcome to Parish Council of Catholic Women (PCCW) or the Christian Mothers of St. Mary Help of Christians Parish. We welcome and encourage you to attend or meetings. The meeting will be on the first Monday of the month and are held at the Parish office starting at 1:30 pm with the Rosary.
The Christian Mothers are an active and vital part of our Parish. It is through your participation and volunteerism that we are able to continue to be a service to our parish and community.

Knights of Columbus
The Knights of Columbus (K of C) is a global Catholic men’s fraternal service organization founded in 1882 by Father Michael J McGivney. There are 1.8 million members world-wide and it is known for its charitable works in conjunction with the Catholic church.

Council Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month starting at 7:00 pm. If you would like more information regarding the Knights of Columbus, please contact John Baird at 715-613-1069.
Colby Council meetings are held between the 3 parishes: St. Mary in Colby, St. Bernard in Abbotsford and St. Louis in Dorchester. The schedule is as follows:
- June 8, 2026: St Mary, in the school gym, Colby
- July 13, 2026 St Bernard, Abbotsford
- August 10, 2026: St. Louis, Dorchester
Council 5127 currently has 82 members and is involved in the following activities:
- January/February: St. Mary’s Pancake and Sausage Breakfast for Catholic Schools week
- Lenten Fish Boil and Fish Dinner: Major fund raiser for the council
- The Council supports: St. Mary’s Parish and School, Abbotsford/Colby Special Olympics, Local Food pantry, Assist St. Bernard Food Distribution for families in need, Coats for Kids, Hanna House in Marshfield WI, House of Mercy in Loyal WI, Abiding Care in Medford WI, Pro-Life WI, and local families in need.
- Many Knights serve at mass as ushers, lectors, Leading the Rosary and Novenas
