Two Full Years of Formation Required - This requirement is met by regular attendance of classes in first and second grades. Students should not miss more than 2 classes a year.
Retreat - A student retreat will be held in spring. More information will be given as it becomes available.
Baptismal Certificate - If your child was baptized at another parish, you must bring in a copy of your child’s Certificate of Baptism. If your child was baptized at St. Mary, you are not required to bring in their baptismal certificate – the information is already on file.
Sacrament Form - This form includes all of the information needed for the official parish sacrament records. This form will be handed out the first night of classes and must be turned in prior to First Reconciliation in December.
